Jason was very thorough with his inspection. He took time to educate us on what he was seeing, and why. He also checked all of the registers to ensure they were clear and open. Thank you for a pleasant and helpful maintenance check.

I have been dealing with Modern Heating in Brantford for 20+ years. Always prompt, knowledgeable and fair with prices. Just had my 40+ year old central air replaced. Very clean install with no issues, no mess and in a timely manner. The two Technicians worked together to make the install look effortless. No real need to shop around. Expertise, knowledge and price all in one package.

Booking service was fast and easy.. Was able to get a tech out same day after the July 1st holiday.. They were actually able to come earlier than scheduled.. He was very polite and professional.. Got my a/c going again really quickly.. Offered suggestions on how to keep it working more efficiently.. Great experience with the office and tech.. Will definitely recommend!! Thank you!!

Highly recommend Modern Heating as we are very appreciative of the quick, efficient response to our issue. Service was provided by Ian, who was polite, attentive and answered all of our questions/concerns. We’re absolutely thrilled to have our air conditioner working again! No need to wonder when the technician is coming, you will receive a text letting you know when they are on their way!

We had a great experience with Modern Heating from the initial quote through to the installation of our new furnace and air conditioner. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions so we felt comfortable with the process and options available. The installation team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy when the job was completed. The workmanship was excellent and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. We would definitely recommend Modern Heating to anyone looking for reliable service and quality installation.

Had fabulous service for what we thought was a gas leak in our pool heater. Our service call revealed something more serious and despite short notice they came back the next day and got it fixed! This was a relief as we had out of province family coming for a pool party the next day! We are so grateful to Modern Heating and its team and highly recommend them!

Truly a wonderful experience to deal with such a professional organization. The entire process, from initial contact, through quotation to installation was fast, efficient and seamless. Jason and Rich, our installers were polite, proficient and extremely customer focused. It was obvious that they were knowledgeable and extremely personable. They went above and beyond to answer our questions and address any concerns. Attention to detail and meticulous in their work they ensured the cleanup was immediate and complete. Highly recommend the service and Nathan was fantastic to deal with.
